The Fibrous Dysplasia Foundation maintains a database of physicians with experience treating Fibrous Dysplasia, McCune Albright Syndrome and Cherubism: https://www.fibrousdysplasia.org/referrals.php . 

It includes a wide range of experienced specialists who treat children and adults, including but not limited to: orthopedics, endocrinology, craniofacial surgery, pain management, and dentistry.

In order to be listed, physicians must complete an application with information about their training, clinical experience and relevant publications.  This application is reviewed by the Medical Advisory Board of the Foundation, before individuals are listed.

The Fibrous Dysplasia Foundation is continually working to build this database. Patients and caregivers can help in two ways:

1.   Hand deliver or mail the PHYSICIAN REFERRAL FORM to your doctor with a personal request that she or he participate.

2.  Complete and submit a Patient Referral of Physician Form  to the FD Foundation by email or postal mail and the Medical Database Manager will follow up with your practitioner.
